On September 26, 2020 U.S. Customs and Border Protection released the e-214 Online Admission Process – Phase 2, Release 2 enhancement.

In an effort to understand users’ satisfaction of the Phase 2, Release 2 enhancement, CBP issued on December 15, 2020 a short one (1) question Survey.

It is crucial that all FTZ Operators, FTZ User Firms, FTZ Administrators, FTZ Consultants, and Customs Brokers participate in the Survey and report in detail with specific examples any and all issues or concerns with the Phase 2, Release 2 enhancement to CBP. We know that a number of our clients have not been able to satisfactorily use Phase 2, Release 2. This is an important opportunity that should not be missed to register clearly your expectations.
