BONDED WAREHOUSE PROPRIETORS (§19 CFR 19.12(g)) – Business Year
- Bonded Warehouse Proprietors Submission – CBPF 300
	
- Completed within 45 Calendar Days of end of business year – if December 31, 2020 – February 14, 2021
 - For each warehouse
 - Maintained on file for five (5) years by Proprietor
 - Complete account of all beginning and ending inventory 
		
- All receipts, manipulations, and removals
 - Includes G.O. lot merchandise in the Bonded Warehouse
 - Seizure lots being held in Bonded Warehouses will not be reported on the CBPF 300
 
 
 
ANNUAL CERTIFICATION LETTER
- Within ten (10) business days of CBPF 300 completion
	
- Letter to Port Director certifying the CBPF 300 has been prepared and is ready for review
 - Port Director will make determination if CBPF 300 should be submitted to CBP for review
 
 
CLASS 2 BONDED WAREHOUSES
- Proprietors of Class 2 Bonded Warehouses and any Proprietor who is the Importer of Record of the merchandise
	
- Do not prepare a CBPF 300
 - Prepares an Annual Reconciliation Report
		
- No specified form
 
 - Within 90 days of end of business year – if December 31, 2020 – March 31, 2021
 - Retain report for five (5) years
 
 
ANNUAL CERTIFICATION LETTER
- Must be filed within 10 Business days of completion of Report
 - For those with a Business Year End of December 31, 2020 – April 14, 2021
	
- Certifies the reconciliation report is complete and available for CBP review
 - Any previously unreported shortages must be reported to the Port Director at this time
 - Any unpaid duties, fees or taxes must be paid at this time
