2021 ANNUAL BLANKET CBPF 216 ACTIVITY PERMITS

Manipulation, Manufacture, Exhibition or Destruction; 19 CFR §146.52

FTZ Operators with Zone Years of January – December, must file and receive CBP approval of their 2021 CBPF 216 Activity Permits prior to December 31 for Manipulation, Manufacture, Exhibition and/or Destruction activities in your Foreign-Trade Zones. FTZ Operators should keep all signed CBPF 216’s on file either electronically or in paper form for a minimum of 5 years.
